After 23 merit badges, numerous camps, a ton of paper work and tracking down NINE signatures (three all the way from Ukraine) we are excited to finally start on Alex's Eagle Project!

put together art kits to send back to the orphanage he was adopted from!
(But you really should watch the video - especially because it tells his story, and it's the first video I ever made, and some of you Save A Child Parents might recognize these kids?)

(Or, if you live close by and would rather donate supplies/money in person you can drop it off at our house or get a hold of Alex or myself via email, text, blog comments, Facebook, messaging or a plain old telephone call and Alex will come pick them up. Flyers coming in our neighborhood soon!)
We're hoping to raise all the funds/supplies by December 10th so we can get these sent off and to our Ukraine coordinator for deliver on Ukraine Christmas January 7th.
We will be following up with pictures of the kids receiving the kits and we will be sure to share. We're estimating we need to raise about $1,000 for supplies and shipping. We already have $270! Woot!!
