January 7th we celebrated Ukraine Christmas.We served 12 dishes (not exactly authentic but close). We had

Perogies
Sour Kraut
Chicken Kiev
Brown Bread
Salad (Assorted)
Mash Potato's
Bratwurst
Poppy Seed Sour Cream Lemon Cake
Ice Cream
Fruit (another of course!)
Russian Cookies
Everyone pitched in and brought a couple of things each and we ate and talked and the kids ran around and played hide and go seek and sardines and laughed and played. You couldn't tell which children were imported and which were domestic.
