Christmas Eve

We always have a family party at our place on Christmas Eve. This year we went with soup and salad and James volunteered to make his Pumpkin Soup:

(I hope I'm not jinxing them. Get this, I scrap-booked them 14 years ago at Christmas and said "The future Mr & Mrs Johnson?"  Then they broke up. Each married different people. Each divorced and 14 years later....they're engaged!

So excited to have her in our family!

We played a Christmas trivial game. Boys vs Girls. Girls won! Boys claimed the game was rigged. Whatever.

Then it was time to open the annual Christmas PJ's. (But first I had to dive under the tree to find them. Nice that someone NOW decides to take my picture!)

We finally got them to bed, and then Santa came.....
